Critter Jungle (Carling Ave) and Genesis Dog Rescue are teaming up to raise money for Genesis. They will be hosting a Dirty Dog Wash, Nail Trims, Microchipping and will also have a Photographer on site 🙂
Come out with your dirty dogs and have them pampered. All money raised goes to Genesis to support their rescue dogs.
Come out and meet the rescue dogs April 6th at Healthy Pets HQ at 420 Bank Street.
Meet their angels that are looking for their forever homes!
They will also have a bake sale and Raffle 🙂

As a dog owner this really freaks me out that there can be so many recalls on dog food and products. It is very alarming that it is almost safer for you 4-legged family member to eat table scraps (not recommended)..

Hey guys so Bullies in need will be having a spring fling fundraiser Saturday March 23rd at Pet Value on Ogilvie Road in Ottawa. The event is held from 10am-3pm.

Bullies in need is throwing another fundraiser to raise money for Pitt Bull rescues.
They will be providing Nail Trims for a $5 Donation (or Canadian Tire money)

This Saturday Mad about dogs doggie daycare centre is having their open house to launch their new business.Â
The open house runs Saturday Feb 16th from 9am-5pm.
They are welcoming everyone to drop in and enjoy some doggie playtime, treats and refreshments
Every visitor will receive a free day pass. The first 20 visitors will get a free M.A.D T-shirt.

So tonight is the day that I officially start to help out local dog rescues 🙂 I will be baking treats tonight for some of the shelters and fosters home. I cannot wait 🙂
I haven’t decided on which treat to bake yet so may just have to bake a bunch of different kinds 🙂
Saturday is the day that I will be start dropping off the treats and playing with the lovable dogs and puppies 🙂
I already have got in contact with a couple rescues and I am looking forward to it 🙂
We are starting to fill our Calender with all these great fundraising events to support local Dog rescue’s.
We will also be starting to bake our homemade all natural doggie treats this weekend and dropping them off at one of the rescues.

We have a local photographer willing to donate her time to do a photo shoot of our doggies. There will be a little fee of course to go towards one of our selected rescue organizations.
